The application is targeted towards businesses that currently sell products through Facebook pages, and don’t have a website.The application enables them to upload products into a catalog available as a tab app on their FB page.
Customers can search for products, add products to cart, and check out using the app.
No payment portal is required as payment is received upon delivery.
Inventory is updated automatically when buyers checkout and confirm purchase.
The orders received are aggregated on the order tab in the form of a report.
The app publishes posts to the page’s timeline when shop owners click the publish to Facebook button after adding/editing products.
It also posts an album when collections are added/edited and then published to Facebook.
Buyers on the page will be able to place orders on these posts through keywords such as #order.
The page owner will define these keywords, and set custom reply to the keywords to guide the buyers to the next steps.
